One team per kart. Participants are responsible for organizing their own teams in advance, as driver assignments will not be provided by organizers.
- Base price: $360 per kart + HST
- Pricing per driver:
- 6 drivers → $60/driver + HST
- 4 drivers → $90/driver + HST
- 2 drivers → $180/driver + HST
🏁 Endurance Race Format & Rules
🕖 Arrival & Preparation
- All teams must arrive by 7:00 PM
- Each team consists of 2–6 drivers
- Once all teams have checked in, karts will be assigned by random draw
- Each kart will have a designated pit stop area
🏎 Practice Session
- From 7:00 PM to 7:50 PM, drivers will have time to:
- Familiarize themselves with their kart
- Learn the track layout
- All drivers are encouraged to use this session to prepare for race conditions
🚦 Race Start
- The race will begin promptly at 8:00 PM
- This is a 2-hour endurance race
🔄 Driver Changes & Pit Stops
- Drivers must rotate in 10-minute intervals
- Karts will be called into the pit using remote dashboard light signals
- Pit sequence will follow this order:
- Karts 1–4 pit first
- Followed by 5–8, then continuing in sequence
- A total of 12 mandatory pit stops is required per team
🚨 Pit Stop Procedure:
- The incoming driver must be ready and waiting as the kart enters the pit
- The exiting driver:
- Assists with a smooth transition
- Helps secure the incoming driver’s seat belt
- Teams may only release their kart when:
- The pit judge gives clearance
- All safety requirements are fully met
- The pit judge will signal when it is safe to re-enter the track
🏁 Race Conclusion
- At the end of the 2-hour race, all teams must return to the pit in their original kart order (1–16)
📊 Scoring & Results
- Final standings will be determined by the top three average lap times
